Legion Band Has Program for Mice

Members of the Palace Mickey Mouse club were entertained at their regular Saturday morning session at the Palace theatre by members of the American Legion Junior band, under the direction of Will Gartland. The program was presented in two sections. The first consisted of a series of musical numbers by Dick Smith, Allan Holt, Walter Maurer, Jack Miller and Ralph Hughes. The second part was several solos, played by Bruno Hunger, Jane McIntosh and C. C. Eckhoff Jr. After the stage performance, selected cartoons and shorts were shown to the youthful audience.
