Boer Envoy at Grand Rapids.

Grand Rapids, Mich., June 12.—The Boer envoy, Woolmarans, addressed an audience here last night which packed the big Auditorium to the doors. Montagu White and Sybrant Wessels, who are organizing the National Transvaal league, made addresses in English for the benefit of that portion of the audience not familiar with the Holland tongue. In discussing the news of yesterday's disaster to Lord Roberts, Woolmarans claimed that he and his fellow companions had been expecting something of this nature since the evacuation of Pretoria, which was, he said, only a part of the general Boer plan.
