FROM EUROPE.

There are no later prints from London, than those of the date of Oct. 21, of which the material articles of intelligence have been anticipated. The rapid progress of a general Pacification in Europe, has restored Peace to Portugal, and a definitive bond of union between Russia and France; Turkey it is also said, will succeed in a favourable negotiation with France. These events, which, to the cause of humanity, are highly auspicious, induce a belief, that ere the commencement of a new year.
