"CHARLES H. DRENNEN ADDITION."—Mr. D. Dickson has shown us a Map of a Survey he has just completed of a new addition to Van Buren, entitled the "Charles H. Drennen Addition."

It is laid off on the South-East part of the main town, running down the Arkansas River for about 1¼ miles. This addition makes about 50 blocks, of 300 feet square. The streets running parallel with the river are 50 feet wide, and those running at right angles or out from the river are 60 feet wide. The Blocks contain about two acres and are very level. It is expected that the Railroad Depot will be located on one side of the survey, which will bring the lots readily into market.
