Personal.--L. Raguet. Esq., formerly editor and publisher of the Alton Reveille, and one of the most sprightly writers on the Democratic press of Iowa, is going to Montana to run a democratic paper for the benighted denizens of Boone County Iowa. Bro. Raguet is an abnormal democratic "cuss," being both loyal to his country, and "pizen" to rot-gut whisky, two qualities so rarely found combined, in a modern democratic politician, as to make the possessor of them an object of tender solicitude and great curiosity. We haven't it in our hearts to do otherwise than wish him success in his new enterprise, on account of our regard for him personally, and the additional reason that he preaches such a rare kind of democracy, that it is refreshing to read it among the dreary waste of our treasonable pro-slavery copperhead exchanges, and besides it is calculated to do his own party more harm than ours.
