FRENCH STUDYING THE BOY SCOUT MOVEMENT

London--The special French mission which is now visiting England to study the English cadet system has been invited to visit the United States for similar observations.

The subject is one which has attracted great interest in France, where the Boy Scout scheme has been imitated to some extent.
