The annual business meeting of the Eastern Montana Bible Camp Association convened at the camp grounds with 24 members present. The most important business conducted was the election of officers for the coming year. Results of the election are as follows: President - Mr. Henry D. Thiessen; vice-president - Mr. Hans Vik; secretary - Mrs. Frank Klempel; treasurer - Mr. Henry Nollmeyer; financial secretary - Mr. Dave Goosen; and vice-secretary - Mrs. Albrecht.
Because the membership enrollment has been down, it was decided that a membership committee was needed. Mr. C. R. Thiessen was appointed as chairman of this committee with the right to choose his own committee. Mr. Hans Vik was appointed Publicity Chairman.
September 13 and 14 were appointed work days at the camp-grounds. There is yet much work to be done on the camp grounds. such as clearing brush, painting buildings. and finishing the shower house and field drain.
Lunch was served after the business meeting was adjourned.
