The Time being elapsed both here and at Charlestown. for Inoculation for the Small Pox, it is thought the Town would be clear of Infection within one Month, were it not that those who were Scrupulous as to the Practice, are daily taken down in the Natural Way.

It is thought there are between 3 and 400 Persons thus liable to it.

And it is judged that between 400 and 500 Persons have recovered by Inoculation, and about 30 have died (most of whom were Infants) that received the Distemper in this Method.
