Schwerin, January 29. An express is this moment arrived with advice, that the Swedish General Count de Fersen, who on the approach of the Prussians, had feigned to retire into quarters of cantonment, returned all of a sudden on the evening of the 27th instant to Anclam; where he surprised, attacked, and made prisoner Geo. Manteuffel, with the greatest part of his corps. [Hague Gazette.]

Hamburg, (a great City in Germany) Feb. 1. Several letters from Pomerania advise, that on the 27th ult. the Swedes defeated the corps under Gen. Manteuffel, made five or six battalions prisoners, and gave the rest of the corps a total overthrow. Gen. Manteuffel and his Aid du Camp are among the prisoners, and have been conducted by the Swedes to Grypfwalds.
