Full Text

Brydon E. Moon, a son of Mr. and Mrs. E. G. Moon, of Mt. Lake Park, is winning some recognition as a wrestler for the Langley Field wrestling team in Virginia. Moon enlisted over a year ago in the United States army and is stationed at Langley Field. He wrestles in the 145-lb. class and in a bout recently with the Norfolk Central Y. M. C. A. he nearly defeated their champion. A Norfolk paper states: "In the most interesting bout of the evening, Norfolk's sensational Arthur Lillienfield had his hands full in winning a decision over powerful B. E. Moon in the 145-lb. class. Moon made it a most interesting bout as he kept the veteran Lillienfield troubled throughout the match. Arthur's experience, however, won for him over the powerfully built soldier, and he used a headlock and arm chancery to great advantage."
