Full Text

Great Britain and Mexico. It is not improbable that John Bull may take into his head to try his guns upon the Castle of San Juan de Ulloa, before a great while. We learn from the Halifax (N. S.) Post that Vice Admiral Sir Charles Adams sailed from the port on the 26th ult., with a fleet, the destination of which is Central America. Allusions are made by the Post to some old difficulties, as well as the more recent indignity shown the British flag, and for which Mr. Doyle has suspended his official intercourse, as furnishing the causes of this movement.
