Will Be Argued in Supreme Court Today.
The case of the Chicago Great Western railway against the St. Paul Union Depot company will be argued in the supreme court today. This is the case which involves the right of the railroad to run what is known as No. 8 into the union depot. The train runs to Dodge Center, and it's claimed is a mixed train. The fact that freight cars are hauled makes its entrance to the union depot objectionable, and the union depot company claims is in opposition to the contract between the two companies.
