Moscow (I. P. S.).—In his speech in the discussion on the report of the Central Control Commission and the Workers and Peasants Inspection, comrade Yaroslavski pointed out that the Trotskyists had voted for the social democrats and against the Communists, showed that the Trotskyists had finally completely arrived in the camp of the counter-revolution and exposed their real attitude to the Communist International.
For this reason the party congress would not answer the declarations of the Trotsky supporters.
