DEL NORTE PARK
TO PROVIDE CITY
WITH NEW HOMES

Many new homes will be erected in Del Norte Park, according to Charles B. Justice, owner and developer, of the Eighth and Adams street subdivision, as a result of lot auctions conducted there Saturday and Sunday. At these auctions and previous sales more than half of the lots went under the hammer. While many of them went at what may be termed bargain prices, Justice announces that he is satisfied with the assurance that new homes in El Centro will result. A majority of the new lot owners plan to build soon, he said.

A complete sell out of the property is the goal of Justice and many splendid lots remain unsold at this time. H. S. Gilbert of the C. H. O'Connor and Son auction company is in El Centro at the Hotel Annex and will make every effort to sell off remaining lots. Ditch banks at the subdivision
