Full Text

We have it from very respectable authority, says an evening paper, that the resolutions relative to America are already taken in the Cabinet; which are, to let every thing remain in the unsettled situation they are at present for some time longer. What they promise themselves from this conduct is, that either the Americans, by being pinched in their trade, and in their bellies, may give up their present demands: or, by being forced to acts of hostility, may oblige Government to take coercive measures in return.
