FROM CAMP RUBY, NEVADA.—A correspondent of the Sac. Union, writing from Camp Ruby (Nev.), Nov. 14, says: My trip here from Virginia was rather pleasant, as the roads are in prime condition. Travel to the east of this route is daily on the increase, and the stages run so regularly that one has some certainty as to when he will arrive at a given point. There has been a great improvement in both stock and time since I was last over the road. I came here from Virginia in fifty-one hours (315 miles), a reduction of nine or ten hours on their time. I believe they expect to put passengers from one railroad terminus to the other (say Cisco to Cheyenne) in seven days after this month.
