Full Text
To the honour of the present ministry, it must certainly be allowed, that they are as courageous and spirited as any of their predecessors. They seem to wish for an increase of enemies, that they may have an opportunity of manifesting their contempt of danger. It is certain they have cut out a pretty deal of business for themselves; they have against them the city of London, a majority in the kingdom, also Ireland, and all America; and, if reports are true, will soon have the addition of France and Spain to the rest of their enemies.
