HELLO SEATTLE, AND JUNEAU MEN TALK OVER AIR

Perfect Conversation Is Heard - 100 Coming on Cruise to Alaska

Through arrangements made by Chas. E. Smith, operator-in-charge of the U. S. Signal Corps, Acting Governor E. W. Griffin, Harry G. Watson and Robert Bender talked over the radio telephone, to Seattle, with Capt. Frank E. Stoner, and Foster L. McGovern, secretary of the Alaska Committee of the Seattle Chamber of Commerce.

Mr. McGovern said that more than 100 reservations had been made for the Seattle Chamber of Commerce cruise to Alaska this summer.

He also stated that a Seattle Chamber of Commerce committee was working on a plan to aid the Territory in having an exhibit at the World's Fair in San Diego this year.

The conversations from Seattle came through with perfect clearness today, and the reception in Seattle was equally satisfactory according to those using the radio phone.
