A rain would be greatly appreciated.

Buck Crigler has completed the barn he began some time ago and has added a shed room for his buggy.

U. P. Kent of Sulphur Rock passed through here Wednesday.

Ruth Moplin of Batesville is visiting her friend, Miss Vergie Weaver of this place.

The quarterly meeting, which met, attended by a nice crowd.

Miss Ethel Byrum of this place left Sunday for the Island, where she will teach school this winter.

C. L. Moore and son, Turney, made a business trip to Batesville Wednesday.

Ransom Weaver and sister, Vergie, visited the county seat Saturday.

Jim Saffell filled his regular appointment Thursday night.

Ben Storey filled his engagement at Oak Ridge Sunday.

G. J. Lindsey and son, George, made a business trip to Batesville Wednesday.

Willie Kent of this place is doing some improvement on his house.

The carpenter arrived Monday to begin work on the parsonage, which we hope will be completed soon.

Among the bolt haulers there has been some good loads hauled, but H. B. Kennedy broke the record Wednesday.

Misses Clara and May McGill visited A. E. Fallis' Sunday.

Beryl Ward of Batesville visited relatives here Saturday and Sunday.

Will Knight of Sulphur Rock passed through here Tuesday.
