OBVIOUSLY LOOKING FOR SUPPLY ADS.

As a criterion of the increased influx of tourists into this section anticipated the coming season as the result of the Ely exhibits at Chicago, St. Louis and Minneapolis, are the number of copies of The Ely Miner requested by prospective visitors.

The demand for papers so far has exceeded last year's demands. The cause for this demand is obvious.

People intending to come are looking up the purchase of food supplies and other necessities for their trip and are reading the advertising columns to ascertain whether they can be purchased here or whether they should bring supplies from home.

Some local merchants complain that they do not get their share of this business. Visitors as well as home people do not patronize those they do not know or have never heard of. "Tell 'em and sell 'em."
