TWO GIRLS KILLED
ALIGHTING FROM BUS

BLOOMSBURG, Pa. (AP) — Two girls were killed yesterday by an automobile after they alighted from a school bus. The driver of the bus was the father of one of the victims.

Killed were Wanda Edwards, 9, and Joan Henrie, 7, both of Berwick. The bus driver was Myron Edwards. Joan's father drives the bus in the mornings.

Investigators said the bus had stopped on a side road at an intersection and the girls were struck when they started across the main road toward their homes.
