R. T. Frazier, Jr., began his fourth consecutive year Thursday as chairman of the Santa Cruz County Board of Supervisors and his 10th consecutive term as a member of the board, having first taken office on January 1, 1933-18 years ago. Back some years ago he was also chairman two terms. Other members of the board who will serve during the years 1951 and 1952 are Gilbert C. Soto and A. B. Sorrells. The latter previously served three terms, 1941-47. He is a son of the late Ray Sorrells who died in 1921. Soto is a son of former Chief of Police J. M. Soto, Jr. All three members of the board are Democrats.
