To Integrate Schools

RICHMOND, Va. A federal district court order this week directed the town of West Point, Va., to file plans within 90 days "for immediate steps" to integrate its schools commencing with the mid-year term of the 1962-63 session.

The ruling, won by the NAACP Virginia State Conference of branches, applies to West Point elementary and high school.
