Bowdoin College. The Commencement of Bowdoin College was on the 3d inst. The degree of Bachelor of Arts was conferred in course on nineteen gentlemen, and one out of course; that of Master of Arts on seventeen. Twenty-three gentlemen received the degree of M. D. The honorary degree of A. M. was conferred on Dr. Henry B. C. Greene of Saco; that of D. D. on the Rev. Nathan Lord of Amherst, (N. H.); and that of LL. D. on Hon. Stephen Longfellow of Portland.

Bowdoin College is said to be in a very prosperous condition, and it promises to become still more so.
