Site Near Recreation Park Chosen For New High School
Town To Vote On Site For New High School
The Board of Education voted last night to take an option on the Lucier property and to request a meeting with the Finance Board, Monday November 14, in the hope of securing the board's recommendation on the purchase of the site for a new high school building.
An open meeting will be held at the Putnam High School on November 16, at 8 p.m. on discussion of the site and the building.
The Board of Selectmen will be requested to hold a Town meeting on Tuesday, November 22 for the purpose of having the town vote on the issue.
