Full Text
Rev. A. LeRoy, of Portland, in charge of the exhibit of Oregon products at the Union Depot, in Portland was in Salem last evening, and is in Albany today.
While here he consulted with local real estate men with a view to securing exhibits of Marion county products in his collection for the benefit of homeseekers, who call at his office in great numbers to secure information relative to various sections of Oregon, and the products of this part of the state. He secured the promise of the cordial co-operation of the local real estate dealers in his quest, and a handsome collection will doubtless find its way into Mr. LeRoy's rooms from Marion county.
Mr. LeRoy is making a tour of the valley counties for the purpose of securing more exhibits, and his wide acquaintance insures him a welcome and support of every county in the state. He is well and favorably known in every city and town, having, during the many years he served the grand lodge of Odd Fellows as grand chaplain, and grand lecturer, visited throughout the state and made many warm friends.
