Breach of Promise Case on a New Plan.—On Friday afternoon, about two o'clock, opposite Delmonico's, Mr. Stephen B., of the respectable house of B. & Co., received a high compliment for some behavior towards a beautiful and accomplished young lady, residing in N. J. It seems Mr. B., owing to some cause, probably the pressure of business at the U. S. bank, or the non appearance of the meteors, he changed his mind. On hearing this, the brother of the lady, Mr. R., came to New York, sought an interview with Mr. B., and took out the damages at once according to the code Lynch. Young men should not make love to young ladies, unless they mean to go to the altar. Full particulars on Tuesday.
