Lush salaries and world travel attract college men to the Globetrotters, says Saperstein. "Fifteen years ago," the famous owner explains, "we couldn't pay a college man enough money. But today our salaries compare with almost any other business a young college graduate can go into. That's why more and more college stars are joining the team."
Fans in the following cities will have an opportunity to see these ex-college stars playing with the Globetrotters next week: March 14—Cleveland, O; 15 Struthers, O; 16—Johnstown, Pa.; 17—Altoona, Pa.; 18—Kingston, Pa.; 19—Washington, D.C.; 20—Cincinnati, O.
