MINOT BUSINESS MEN BOOST FOR Y. M. C. A.

Hold Noon Luncheon at Hotel Waverly and Discuss Branch of Y. M. C. A.

Minot, N. D., July 18.—About twenty prominent business men of the city who are interested in the work and possible location of a branch of the Young Men's Christian association in this city, met George D. McGill of Chicago, and Field Secretary Dale of North Dakota and South Dakota. There were a goodly number of those present who believe that a Y. M. C. A. would serve a noble purpose in the city by providing the sort of amusement and diversions which the young men crave in an environment elevating rather than debasing.
