Extract of a letter from Paris, June 18.

The Dutch Ambassador has daily conferences with the King's ministers, and yesterday evening had a private audience of his Majesty at his palace, which was not over till very late. The affairs of the seven united provinces grow daily more interesting. M. Rayneval is talked of as likely to set off again for the Hague to assist at a negotiation which is likely to be agreed to, he being constituted the King's Ambassador Plenipotentiary on the grand point of mediation, which we hope may be set about before any fresh troubles break out.
