CORRESPONDENCE.

We perceive in the Christian Mirror, published at Portland, Maine, a series of letters addressed to the Editor by the delegate from the Conference of Maine, in which the General Assembly and the affairs of our church are noticed in a very friendly manner. The writer is evidently a candid man, who hates leasing. He seems to be much gratified with his visit to Philadelphia. We are gratified that the correspondence has been renewed. The Ministers from Maine, whose acquaintance we have been able to make, seem to be plain and humble men, who love the doctrines of grace.
