During the three days' celebration here extend to visiting delegations every courtesy possible
It does not cost anything to show a man where he can get water for his team, or a tired mother with a baby in her arms where she can find a seat in the shade. Strangers in a town appreciate such courtesies and the conduct of a town under such circumstances will give it a reputation for civility or boorishness, just as surely as will the conduct of an individual in a like case. Treat your visitors as you would have them treat you.
