Carson, January 30.—The Honorables have nearly all departed for Virginia City and their respective places of residence, to remain until Monday. As there was no session, the flag over the Capitol remained unfurled.

The Adelphi Club gave a party last evening, that was attended by a large number of the members of the Legislature and leading citizens of the place.

Great preparations are making for the Citizens' Ball to the Legislators, which takes place on Tuesday evening. It is expected that at the close of the session the members will return the compliment in like manner.

Lieut.-Governor Adams was able to be out riding this evening.
