A Letter from Dublin mentions, that David Blakiney the Mutineer, who lately made so much Noise in that city, lately died, in the North of Ireland, where he had been on a Furlough for the Recovery of his Health.
( He had been sentenced by a General Court-Martial in Ireland to receive 500 Lashes at the head of the Garrison at Dublin, chiefly for daring to complain of the Injustice of Officers.-But as there was danger of his dying under the Severity of the Lashes, the Lord Lieutenant remitted 300 of the Lashes after receiving 200. )
