of Owosso, in the county of Shiawassee, therefore this board does hereby designate the City of Owosso as the proper place to which said county seat should be removed; and that the question of the removal of said county seat to the City of Owosso shall be and is hereby submitted to the electors of the said county of Shiawassee at the time of holding the next annual township election.

Supr. Parker moved that the resolution be accepted and adopted.

Which motion was lost by the following yea and nay vote:

Yeas, Supervisors Allen, Baldwin, Curtis, Fuller, Laverock, Lutz, J. A. Morrice, F. H. Morris, Parker, Rush, Stanlake, Shannon and Young. Total Yeas, 13

Nays, Supervisors Cronk, Colby, Euler, Harper, Jarred, Lyman, F. G. Morrice, Martin, Myers, Peacock and Shipman. Total nays, 11.

Supr. F. G. Morrice, from the committee on claims and accounts, submitted the following report:

To the Hon. the Board of Supervisors:

Your committee on claims and accounts would respectfully submit the following as their report, recommending the allowance of the several amounts as given below, and that the clerk be authorized to draw orders for the same:

On motion of Supr. Harper the report was accepted and adopted.

Supr. Young offered the following resolution:

Resolved, That the resolution passed at the January session providing for the submission to the people of the question of bonding the county for the sum of forty thousand dollars for the purpose of building a court house in the city of Corunna, be and is hereby rescinded and repealed.

Supr. Young moved that the resolution be accepted and adopted, which motion was carried by the following yea and nay vote:

Yeas, Supr. Baldwin, Cronk, Curtis, Colby, Euler, Fuller, Harper, Lutz, J. A. Morrice, F. G. Morrice, Martin, Peacock, Parker, Rush, Stanlake, Shannon, Young. Total yeas, 17. Nays, Supr. Allen, Jarred, Lyman, Laverock, Myers, Shipman. Total nays, 6.

On motion of Supr. Shipman the board adjourned.
