Full Text
The Baltimore Whig has a section headed "The Federalists forecasting the Tories." It was very expressively and we trust it will be true. Many a man has thought himself safe as a federalist, till he found himself allied to the British, against his own government. We may hope that the good citizens will soon see that it is from the English, and not from the French that we are told. "No Neutrals." And that all the cry against Joshua and Moses has been, that the people might be made to return to Egypt.
