Middlesboro, Ky., Sept. 29.—Of the seventeen counties comprising the Eleventh district, Bell, Harlan, Letcher, Leslie, Perry, Owsley, Whitley, Knox and Wayne today ignored the restraining order of Judge Jones and held primaries. Adair, Pulaski, Clinton, Russell and Metcalfe obeyed the injunction and held no election. Clay and Laurel held in spots. Casey, the home of Congressman Adams, has not been heard from. The primary is invalid. White, Adams and Colston will run until November. Hon. J. D. Black, Democrat, claims the election. Colston had everything his own way. The Adams and White men made no fight.
