The incorporators of the Gallipolis, McArthur and Columbus Rail road have ordered the opening of books for subscriptions of stock. See advertisement in another column. Let every one be ready to respond at the proper time. Rail roads cannot be built without money. and town and country, in this fast age, cannot expect activity and material growth, without Railroads. Get ye ready, therefore, to answer the call for money.—Gallipolis Journal.
