Elections.

Rhode Island Election.--The Providence Journal of yesterday week says, that official and unofficial returns from all the towns but one, give the following result for members of Congress:

Burges, (Whig) 3328
Cranston, do 3340
Pearce, (Adm.) 3336
Sprague, do 3350

The town of Charlestown is the only one not heard from. "It is however reported (says the Journal) that Mr. Burges has a majority. We have also heard of several scattering votes amounting to from 14 to 20, How these will affect the election we cannot say with certainty."
