STATE GETS ROAD MONEY
Apportionment for Construction Work Through Forests is $37,750

The apportionment of the National Forest share of the federal aid road funds for the year 1920 has been made, according to information received by the district forester at Albuquerque.

The appropriation amounts to $34,410 for Arizona and $37,750 for New Mexico, for constructing roads within or partly within the National Forests of these two states under section eight of the Bankhead bill.

District Forester Redington states that as all restrictions on the use of labor, material and government funds have been removed by the national highways council, road building will be pushed during this spring and summer.
