Crisp Speaks in Ohio.

Cincinnati, Oct. 20.—Congressman Crisp, Democratic candidate for speaker of the next national house of representatives, and Governor Campbell, spoke here last night. Mr. Crisp denounced the McKinley bill as iniquitous and the most un-American measure ever framed by the American congress. No class was protected except the manufacturers, he said, and they were not in the long run. Mr. Crisp closed by saying that if the state of Ohio shall go Democratic on the 3d day of November next it will bring joy and happiness to millions of farmers, laborers and factory hands all over the country.
