Two High Officials Implicated In Fresh Nihilist Discoveries.
ST. PETERSBURG. June 26.—A number of bombs and infernal machines have been found in a cellar near the imperial palace. Several arrests have been made in connection with the discovery, and two officials of the imperial cabinet are compromised.
The advices show that a mine was discovered close to the church at Borkl, erected in commemoration of the escape of the czar from the machinations of the nihilists, who in 1881 wrecked at Borkl the train in which his majesty was traveling.
The czar started from St. Petersburg today to attend the opening of the church
