REV. POPE MAKING GOOD.

Good news has been received from Rev. S. L. Pope, who resigned the pastorate of the First Methodist church in this city to enter Y. M. C. A. work in France.

Recently he was asked to secure the services of two singers and tour the army camps of France and Germany and organize Bible classes.

This is a distinct recognition of his ability and evidence that he is making good with the boys abroad. His friends back home are watching his career with interest and rejoice that he is meeting with such splendid success.
