Full Text

Real Estate Sales.

A few issues since we chronicled the sale of Tommy Darrington's ranch in the valley and to-day make note of other transfers of property in the same neighborhood. Benj. Thompson sold yesterday to Wm. Reed his two ranches in the Prickly Pear valley, of 160 acres each, for the sum of $8,650. Mr. Thompson is an old timer, and we hope his realizing on his property does not mean a removal from Montana. J. Hopkins also transferred to Mrs. Kelly yesterday his ranch of eighty acres. Consideration, $1,800.
