Full Text

Yesterday, in the forenoon, the remaining part of a brick building, in Great-Dock-street, adjoining the house occupied by Mr. Andrew Otterson, tailor, suddenly gave way: by this unhappy accident three of the children of Mr. Otterson were badly wounded, the life of one of whom, being the eldest child, a female of seven years, is despaired of, a jury of the faculty having already extracted fourteen pieces of bone from its tender skull. An accident so excruciatingly distressing to the parents of the little innocents, it is hoped, will prove a sufficient warning, in future, to owners of houses, not to suffer such dangerous piles to remain unlevelled.
