June 20. A bystander is of opinion that the rebellion in America has been greatly encouraged and increased by the party calling themselves the opposition in both Houses of Parliament, and that the defection in our fleets and armies has been principally promoted, and produced by the party called the opposition in both houses of Parliament, he is also of opinion, that the late dangerous riots and disorders committed by the populace in this city have been in a great measure owing to the sentiments of disloyalty, and disaffection to the crown and government, which have been so boldly propagated by the opposition in both Houses of Parliament, from which causes the present distresses of this country arise.
