Crazy A People

David Lawrence, editor of U. S. NEWS & WORLD REPORT, in one of his syndicated columns recently, said that he had a letter from one of his readers in a city in Michigan asking some questions about our political candidates of today.

Here are the questions:

"Do the children of the candidates invite playmates into their homes regardless of race, creed or color?

"Do these candidates entertain Negroes in their homes at the same time and on the same level as their white friends?

"In other words, do they practice what they preach?"

These questions are very simple and they can be answered simply.

The hypocrites do not practice what they preach.
