Another Row in Congress.—They have had another row in the House, which seems likely to lead to more serious consequences than the one between the two members from Tennessee the other day. In the debate upon our Indian relations, on Tuesday night, Mr. Downing of Florida, disagreeing with Mr. Biddle, of Penn., made some taunting and personal remarks upon his course, which Mr. Biddle replied to by charging upon him falsehood! Whereupon Mr. D. inquired. 'Do you impute falsehood to me?' at the same time catching up some missile and making a demonstration to advance to Mr. Biddle Mr. B. repeated the accusation, and meanwhile, Mr. D. was arrested by many members. The affair, at the last accounts was not adjusted.
