The sponsor of the program is the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (Unesco), which is advancing $400,000 for the work, which is estimated to cost $1,000,000. The project will take five years to complete and will assemble knowledge of all races, cultures and peoples, past and present.
