Full Text
For payment for certain jobs and advertisements, we have been occasionally cajoled-pro tem: bamboozled a little--but we most solemnly protest against being the victim, either of address, management, or dupery. We proclaim that, by warrant or otherwise, in proportion to the magnitude of the claim, and the fitness of opportunity, payment shall be enforced.--This to be sure, may it please your Worships, is off-handed, point blank work, but it is as indispensable as it is just: and that no man may have pretext for complaint, timely notice is given.
